- Remove invalid 'astro:collection-utils' import (doesn't exist)
- Rewrite SharedForm.astro: no React hooks, proper Astro component with
  client-side <script> for form handling, honeypot spam filter, Formspree
  integration with mailto fallback
- Rewrite SEO.astro: proper Astro frontmatter, JSON-LD via set:html,
  OG/Twitter meta tags, canonical URLs, theme-color
- Fix sitemap.xml.ts: remove frontmatter, remove non-existent content
  collections, use static page list
- Restore Umami Analytics script in BaseLayout (removed by engineering)
- Add manifest.json link tag to BaseLayout <head>
- Add PWA icon placeholders (192x192, 512x512 from apple-touch-icon)
